Dear LUNC community

We – BLV Labs have done our job for improving the gov module. Proof of our work is shown as below:

Summary:

Previously: Users needed 5 million LUNC to submit their proposals on the LUNC blockchain. When the price of LUNC fluctuated significantly, this caused the value of proposals to also rise or fall sharply, leading to several issues: loss of value or proposals being worth too little, and spam on the chain.

Improved(BLV Labs): The value of the proposals is now consistently maintained at $500, regardless of LUNC price fluctuations.

Cost of works

As completed all the work we mentioned in our first proposal, we created this community spending proposal for the work we have undertaken. The cost of these works, as referred in #12137 is $5000 (to be paid in LUNC from the community pool at current exchange rate: 48356000 LUNC)

Market price of Lunc at the time of this proposal: $0.0001034/LUNC.

Future plan

As this first proposal is completely finished, we (BLV Labs) will continue to propose the next plans related to: EVM, SDK50 upgrade, or IBC improvement, ustc repeg… Learning from this proposal, we will provide Tech spec for the community to comment before choosing the implementation plan.
